We have a locked drop box located on the south side of the building for you to use as well. Rent is due on the first and considered late by the third (rain, sleet, shine, holiday…) so please plan accordingly. We can not guarantee mail delivery so please be sure to send it early to avoid postal service holidays etc. Feel free to postdate your checks if you do not want them cashed until the 3rd. We are also happy to hold a stack of post dated checks on your behalf, that way you know we have your payment on time each month.
